You feed it the PDF manuals your team already relies on, and it gives every technician an instant, expert answers channel — one that never hallucinates beyond the source material, because every claim is tied to a specific page in a specific manual.

From PDF to answer — under the hood



Ingest

PyMuPDF extracts text per page, then pages are split into overlapping chunks and embedded into a vector database.



Retrieve

A question is embedded and semantically matched against the manual chunks, filtered by organization, manufacturer and model.



Generate

The retrieved passages are passed as context to a large language model, which writes a grounded, step-by-step answer.



Cite

The source manual and page number are returned alongside the answer for instant verification.
