Our story

ManualNinja is a product of Prospects4u, a Dutch technology studio based in Veenendaal with over 18 years of experience in WordPress development, CRM integration, and custom software engineering. Prospects4u has built its reputation on solving the kind of complex technical challenges that other agencies walk away from — and on doing so with a privacy-first, security-driven mindset.

The idea for ManualNinja was born from a simple observation: field technicians waste hours every week flipping through hundreds of pages of PDF manuals, searching for the one wiring diagram, error code, or installation step they need. Meanwhile, large language models had become powerful enough to read and understand those same manuals in seconds — but no one had built a tool that put that capability directly into the hands of the people on the job site.

So we built one. ManualNinja is our focused answer to a specific, painful problem: making technical documentation instantly accessible to the people who depend on it, in the language they speak, with the accuracy that safety-critical work demands.

These are the people who climb into service vans at 6 AM with a stack of manuals they barely have time to open. They work under pressure, on unfamiliar equipment, with customers watching the clock.

For them, a wrong answer is worse than no answer. That is why ManualNinja is built on retrieval-augmented generation — every response is grounded in the actual manual content, with a citation to the exact page. No hallucinations, no guesswork, just verified information delivered in seconds.

We are not trying to be a general-purpose chatbot. We are building the most focused, most reliable AI assistant for technical documentation in the field service industry — and nothing else.
