Prospects4u has built its reputation on solving the kind of complex technical challenges that other agencies walk away from — and on doing so with a privacy-first, security-driven mindset.

The idea for ManualNinja was born from a simple observation: field technicians waste hours every week flipping through hundreds of pages of PDF manuals, searching for the one wiring diagram, error code, or installation step they need. Meanwhile, large language models had become powerful enough to read and understand those same manuals in seconds — but no one had built a tool that put that capability directly into the hands of the people on the job site.
